When Steve Ross moved north in 2020, he discovered a region with no reliable after-hours HVAC service. All Access was created to fill that void.
The founder
From the Shop Floor to the North Shore
Steve Ross has been a licensed G2 Gas Technician and 313D Residential Air Conditioning Mechanic since 2009 — over 15 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems.
In 2011, Steve founded an HVAC company that grew into a team of 8–10 mechanics, sales staff, and a manager. By 2020, he sold that thriving business to pursue a different kind of dream — moving north and living life on his own terms.
What he found up north surprised him. Homeowners across Parry Sound and the surrounding region were reporting the same frustration: no emergency service, no after-hours coverage, no one to call when the furnace quit at midnight in January. That gap was the spark that created All Access HVAC.

Licensed to service, repair, and install natural gas and propane-fired heating equipment.
313D AC Mechanic
Certified residential air conditioning mechanic — installs, repairs, and maintains cooling systems.
Propane & Natural Gas
Fully licensed for both propane and natural gas equipment across all residential applications.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Able to complete custom sheet metal work to retrofit replacement equipment, coils, and ductwork.
Electronics & Diagnostics
A lifelong background in electronics and computers makes Steve exceptionally skilled at complex diagnostics and troubleshooting modern HVAC control systems.

In the trade since 2009, with a proven track record building and running a successful multi-technician operation.
